The Maniar Sweep X is a truck-mounted mechanical conveyor road sweeper for cleaning streets, industrial areas and other paved surfaces. A main broom at the centre of the machine and side brooms collect dust and debris into a 3.2 cum hopper, which a scissor lift dumps at a height of at least 2900 mm, directly into tippers.
The mechanical sweeper has no limitations and collects leaves, paper, metal cans and even gravel. It sweeps on uneven roads and in wet conditions, with a sweeping width of 1470 mm (2800 mm with side brooms), a 750 litre water system with spray nozzles at each broom, and three cameras with an in-cab screen. The brooms are hydraulically driven, the machine runs on an auxiliary 65 HP engine, and it is mounted on a chassis of minimum 11 tonnes GVW.
